Michael Scardicchio

Michael Scardicchio is Litigation Counsel called to the Ontario Bar and is a Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.  He is also a Licensed Trademark Agent in Canada.

Michael Scardicchio practices Intellectual Property Law, Business Law, Corporate Law and Commercial Law. Michael holds a Juris Doctor Degree (JD). He is a graduate of The University of Toronto where he received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Physical and Chemical Science. Mr. Scardicchio also holds an Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate from The Stitt Feld Handy Group and holds an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management by The University of Windsor Law School. After completing the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University, Mr. Scardicchio was Called to the Ontario Bar and worked at Toronto based Intellectual Property Law Firm, PCK IP Perry + Currier Inc. Our office works in collaboration with Michael for advertising.

Michael’s core practice focuses on corporate structure for start-up technology companies, corporate governance, intellectual property rights, enforcement of intellectual property rights, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, general business law and litigation matters.
